Joe Lawrence was named Chief Operations Officer in 2005 and is
currently Producing the Biography on Dolly Parton as well as Biography:
Celebrity Home Video. His production credits include the
Biographies for Mario Andretti, Val Kilmer, Richard Gere, Paula Abdul,
and The Rock among others. He has garnered Cine Golden Eagles for
Bios on Kevin Costner, The Rock, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis and
Telly Awards for Val Kilmer and Richard Gere.
Joe brings credentials from a number of related fields. He has
experience in the feature film arena, working with luminaries such as
Rod Steiger, Brad Renfro and Jenna Malone, in genres that range from
romantic-comedy to low-budget horror. His experience in the
high-pressure world of fashion taught him how to meet a deadline no
matter what challenges arise. He oversaw production of men’s
sportswear, from design to fabrication to delivery. Joe’s talents
are an invaluable asset to Traveling Light, whether the project is a
commercial spot, a television documentary, or a feature film.
